You know what Tuesday’s are for? Weekly Challenges. That’s what. In today’s edition it’s gonna basically be your workout because it was TOUGH.
what you’ll need: a Kettlebell that’s approx 40% of your bw
what you’ll be doing:
1a: combine a swing, two hand clean, and pause horned goblet squat - 1-10-1 (only perform 10 once) 9,10,9 etc
1b: side sits 3-30-3 (per side)
